If you fancy escaping the UK winter for a warmer climate, we offer great special rates over the winter period (December - March). Please contact us for full details and a quote.
PAYMENT
Booking is easy - you can book online with a credit/Switch card - just click the 'View Availability and Book Online' button on the left and select the dates you would like. The secure booking system will give you an instant quote, take your payment details, confirm the booking and provide a receipt.
Alternatively you can pay by cheque - please view the availability calendar as above and contact us with the details so that we can reserve your dates.
A 25% deposit secures your reservation. Final balance is payable 4 weeks prior to departure date. Late bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by the client.
A £100 security deposit is also payable upon booking. This will be refunded 7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
A comprehensive information pack containing directions to the apartment, keys and lots of general information about the area, will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your departure.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We can also provide transfers to and from the airport. The cost is approx €40 each way (from Larnaca), based on a maximum of 4 people, payable locally on the day. Please advise us at the time of booking if you require this service and our agents will contact you direct to confirm flight details. Please note that once booked, it is then your responsibility to advise our agents of any changes to flight times etc.
MAID SERVICE
A mid-let clean and change of bedding can be arranged and we can supply a cot should you need it, each for a small additional charge.
WELCOME PACK
To get you off to a great start, you can order a welcome pack of basic provisions (tea, coffee, bread, jam, water etc) ready for your arrival. Costs start at €5 depending on content, please ask when booking.
